Loosing weight the easy way

You try to loose weight but you do not succeed. For weeks you find yourself in this struggle of trying to loose weight but you just loose control every time. Whatever you are doing doesn't seem to work, and that almost convinces you that it is impossible to loose weight!

Almost, as you are reading this blog post, so you still have hope.

Did you read the definition of premeditation above? That is the essence of successfully loosing weight. (Or achieve anything). You must form an intent to carry out the action of experiencing the body weight you desire. 

Let's take an example. You want that a new smartphone, you think about all the features a lot, you have compared all kinds of phones, and you made up your mind. You trust the brand, you read some reviews, you imagine yourself having it (subconsciously that is), using it, showing it to your friends and you can already feel how useful and convenient this new phone is to you, and how it will serve you and enhance the quality of your everyday life. (It almost sounds like a commercial huh?) So you go to the store and you put down the money that you honestly earned by (hard?) work and you take the phone home with you, eager to open the box, put the charger in and see the device in action.

Does the story above sound like hard work? Does it sound like impossible? Does it sound like you would have any trouble doing all these things mentioned above? Probably not. But when you come to think about it, you did put in a lot of energy acquiring the phone that suits your needs. But you probably didn't experience so much difficulties as when you are trying to loose weight.

You have successfully formed the intent to buy a phone that is to your liking. Now do the same for successfully forming an intent to have the body weight you desire.

Reread the previous sentence, you see there is a difference between "I will need to loose weight because I am too fat" and "How amazing would I feel when I have the body weight I feel most comfortable with"? The latter is more similar to the thoughts when you were thinking about that phone you want.

So start thinking about how wonderful you will feel at the swimming pool, being able to wear the clothes you always wanted, being comfortable with your body in a public place. Start thinking about everything that feels good and appealing about having the body weight you desire.

STOP!!! thinking those thoughts "I won't succeed", or any other negative thought that arises. Did you ever worried about whether you could actually put in the energy to read the reviews of the phones, go to the store, etc.etc...? No you didn't, you probably liked the process before you actually bought the phone. The process of loosing weight must be the same and you will succeed. Whenever a negative thought arises, address it worries and focus on the positive feelings of having the body weight you desire. 

Put the energy in premeditation. Put the energy in forming the intent to have a body with the desired weight. Sit down for 10 minutes a day solely for this premeditation and you will have the body you always wanted.
